América Móvil, the telecoms company controlled by Mexican magnate Carlos Slim, has announced an investment of $7.1 billion for infrastructure in Brazil. The announcement comes after a meeting between Carlos Slim and Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro in Brasilia.
