Argentina-based MercadoLibre saw the biggest jump in revenues in Latin Trade’s ranking of the Top 50 Retailers in Latin America of 2018. MercadoLibre’s revenues reached $1.39 billion, up 65.6 percent from the year before, and leads the subranking of the Revenue Winners. In terms of total revenues, the top three retailers, all of which posted double-digit growth, continue to be Walmart de México at number one (+12.9%); followed by France’s Casino (+26.6%) and Carrefour (+26.2%).
