U.S. vs China: Latin America can be the winner

The United States scaled-up the trade war by including a new list of imports, worth $200 billion, to have a 10% tariff. The 194-page list comprises goods like meat, nuts, tilapia, salmon, bananas, pineapples, oranges, metals, coal. These could be provided by Latin American exporters. The list was put our for comments, and the measure will be discussed until the end of August. The step was taken, the U.S. Trade Representative Robert E.
