The 20th anniversary of the annual CAF Conference kicked off on Wednesday with a pledge by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden to continue the United States’ committment with Latin America so that the the region can reach its maximum potential and make the Western Hemisphere “the most important hemisphere in the world”.
