He made a name as a boxing referee in Guatemala until he became the only Latin American member at the International Olympic Committee.   Correspondent Harris Whitbeck sat down with Willi Kaltschmitt to talk about the upcoming Tokyo Summer Games, his experience with the elite of athletes around the world and Latin American Olympians.
