A new wave of investors lands in the United States

The number of visa approvals for EB-5 investors by Latin Americans grew 47 percent in 2017. What is behind this unusual increase? In 2011, Asian investors found a particularly powerful use for their money. Investing in new projects that create employment in economically backward areas of the United States, they became eligible to receive a Green Card, the permanent residence card in the country.
