Cities need a different kind of leader

A chat about smart cities with Volker Reinert, COO, SAP Latin America. “We speak about digitization in the private sector quite a bit, and about becoming smarter, becoming an intelligent enterprise,” said Volker Reinert, COO Latin America of German software giant SAP. He thinks that this discussion should have the same relevance and be just as frequent when applied to cities.
