Infrastructure Index 2018

Nicaragua saw some of the best improvements in this year’s Infrastructure Index, which measures conditions in the areas of transport, technology, electricity and water in 18 economies in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Central American nation climbed three spots in the index in terms of annual change. But in the overall index, the leaders are Chile, Uruguay and Costa Rica.
