Mañana 5 de junio se definirá la presidencia de la Asamblea General de la ONU, entre la canciller de Ecuador y la embajadora de Honduras ante Naciones Unidas.  “Hemos recibido decenas de apoyos por escrito de los Estados”, dice la canciller de Ecuador María Fernanda Espinosa. El martes 5 de junio los países de la Organización de Naciones Unidas, ONU, elegirán al nuevo presidente de la Asamblea de Naciones Unidas.
