Multilatina Index Time Series

The mining sector is by far one of the most badly hit in terms of revenues in Latin America. Latin Trade’s Multilatina Index Time Series shows that the revenues of the mining firms in the index peaked in 2011-2012 at almost $19 billion. The lowest revenues were registered in the first-quarter of 2015, with $7.7 billion. As of the third-quarter 2016, mining revenues have slowly increased to $9.2 billion.
