Landing in Uruguay

No one can blame Uruguay’s government for its efforts in recent years to try to increase direct investment from China. Official visits to China, preliminary agreements for renewal of the railway system, and constant efforts to involve the Chinese Development Bank in financing construction of a deepwater port in the Atlantic were on the agenda.
