According to Latin Trade’s Real Estate Price Index, prime office occupancy costs declined in US dollar terms in the third quarter of 2014 in nine key markets in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama and Peru, chiefly reflecting the effects of depreciating local currencies, cooling domestic economic growth and rising inventory.
