With the launch of the Galaxy Note 4, Samsung cements itself as the premier mobile producer for the Latin American market.  In 3Q14, sales of smartphones within Latin America climbed 27% year over year. The largest share of that belonged to Samsung, the South Korean technology company that remains the world’s largest producers of smartphones.
