Strong growth in Latin America will help German multinational SAP’s sales grow 10 percent this year to $19 billion. In the region, the company has experienced 15 quarters of double-digit growth in Latin America, including triple-digit growth of sales of its cloud computing software in the region. The software giant’s products reach 70 percent of global business, easing and facilitating business practices, and its cloud computing provides further opportunities for the global economy. At the helm of this company’s growth, and maintaining responsible stewardship of its finances has been the company’s CFO for SAP Americas, Peter David. David, who was awarded the Latin Trade CFO of the Year award in Miami in December, spoke with Latin Business Chronicle about what he sees as the company’s keys to success.
