Korean trade with Brazil and Mexico jump, helping set a new record with Latin America.

South Korea’s trade with Latin America roared ahead in 2010, up 29 percent to reach a record $43.8 billion, according to Korean government data analyzed by Latin Business Chronicle.

But that torrid pace lagged behind China’s trade growth with Latin America, up by 51 percent to a total more than four times what South Korea traded with the region last year, the data shows.
