SAP revenues surge in Latin America after a flat performance in 2009. Brazil leads the way in growth.

After a year of flat revenue performance in 2009, SAP Latin America logged double-digit growth in the first quarter of 2010 and expects equally strong results for the remainder of the year.

“Latin America is the fastest growing region in the world for us,” said Rodolpho Cardenuto, the Miami-based president and CEO of the German business software company’s operations in Latin America. “We expect stellar growth in Latin America for the second quarter and we expect to continue to continue with the double-digit performance we’ve seen in the first quarter for the rest of the year.”
