Latin Business Chronicle: Are you surprised that the canal has been so successful in these ten years?
 
McMillan: The successful operation of the Canal does not surprise me.  And beyond the operation, the expansion project is another tribute to the high managerial skills of the Canals Administrator Alberto Aleman.  While a portion of toll increases is due to higher tolls, one can still not overlook the job Alberto has done in his management role.
