Internationally, Hawaiian Airlines had the best on-time performance of any mainline airline, with 89.87% of its flights landing on-time. Copa Airlines came in at No. 2 among mainline airlines, with 88.75% of its flights landing on time. The best on-time performance in Latin America overall came from the small Sky Airline, with 91.13% of its flights landing on-time. GOL, Avianca Brasil and Aerolineas Argentinas rounded out the Latin American top five airlines.
Unfortunately, none of the very top airport performers were in the Americas, according to OAG’s “Punctuality League” report. The top three were the United Kingdom’s Birmingham Airport and Newcastle Airport, followed by Surabaya in Indonesia.
