France's total trade with Latin America grew 16 percent in 2015, one of the best performances in the ranking.

France’s total trade with Latin America grew 16 percent in 2015, reaching more than $25.5 billion, making it the country with the highest percentage in growth according to Latin Trade’s Latin America’s Top Trading Partners 2016.
French exports to the region totalled $16.5 billion, up 11 percent from the year before, while imports reached $13 billion, 24 percent more than 2014.
But in terms of total trade, the U.S. remains Latin America’s top trade partner, with $851.3 billion in 2015, although the figure shows an 8 percent drop compared with the year before.
Other winners in trade with the region were Spain, Belgium and the UK, all climbing one position in the ranking from previous years.
