At the International Trade Center (ITC), where I am Executive Director, we are working to improve competitiveness in the small and medium-sized businesses of developing countries, and we’re helping them in the processes of internationalizing. Our research shows that Latin American countries have been slower than their Asian counterparts at getting into other markets.
