VivaColombia opened a Peruvian subsidiary, Viva Air. Viva Air has different branding and a separate website from VivaColombia, although it is also founded on a low-cost, no-frills model, with flights starting at US$18 after taxes. It will initially serve the Peruvian cities of Lima, Cusco, Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Iquitos and Tarapoto.
